The Goldrausch Künstlerinnenprojekt is a yearlong postgraduate programme intended for female artists that offers them to gain specialised knowledge and insight into building a career as an artist. The programme will consist of seminars and workshops; providing critical feedback throughout functioning as a platform for experimentation and progression. The objective of Goldrausch Künstlerinnenprojekt is to support female artists by expanding their network in ways that is fitting to their artistic practice. Additionally, the artists will have the opportunity to participate in a group exhibition that will take place during Berlin Art Week.
The application deadline is Friday, August 30, 2013 at 6pm. The programme starts on January 1, 2014 and ends December 31, 2014. There is no restriction of age and international artists are encouraged to apply but an art related university degree or equivalent is required. Once granted acceptance into the course participation is completely free. The programme consists of different modules, in German, three days a week and workshops throughout the year.
