Not only an exhibition and market, the Designtage also serves as a progressive platform; hosting talks, workshops and lectures, with a focus this year on creative design in the age of technological innovations such as 3D modelling, interactivity, and the internet of things.
The Program starts on Friday with a conference on “Design und Usability – Wettbewerbsfähig im digitalen Wandel” initiated by ZAB (ZukunftsAgentur Brandenburg GmbH). Prof. Dr. Frank Heidmann (Design of Software Interfaces FHP), Wolfgang Dorst (Plattform Industrie 4.0) and Dr. Anja Osswald (TRIAD Berlin) among others, who will discuss the role of good and understandable design in a time when more and more devices, machines and people are connected to the internet.
