Neukölln arts platform Chérie Sundays is accepting applications for artists to exhibit at the next Chérie Sundays session, a monthly cultural showcase featuring a range of live acts including music sets, dance and theatre performances, exhibitions, installations and screenings.
Interested artists are asked to respond to the theme ‘Nothing Happens’:
“Numerous and vast subjects (climate change, world peace, refugee policies, European solutions…) are being constantly discussed and speculated about. It seems that a lot is going on and yet nothing is fundamentally changing. How can alternative ideas or lifestyles be best designed?”

Artists working in any medium are welcome to apply. The selected artists will be invited to exhibit their work at the Chérie Sundays exhibition on Sunday, June 26, 2016, which will coincide with the 48 Stunden Neukölln Festival (June 24 – 26). All artists will be given support and assistance by the Chérie Sundays team on the installation day.
