Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin 2019, an event dedicated to contemporary practices of the moving image, is accepting entries for participants until August 31. As a forum that fuses art forms with concepts to bring an analysis of contemporary image culture to all audiences, this year’s program in Berlin showcased filmic works from a range of genres, including experimental, animation, documentary and fiction.
The open call does not restrict length or genre and is open to individuals and organizations alike. Applicants can submit either through an online entry form or through regular mail, and the call is open to artists worldwide working with film, video and multimedia. Those selected will have the opportunity to participate in Rencontres Internationales 2019, which will take place in Paris, and become part of the event that celebrates art, discussions and the sharing of ideas.
