Every December much of the art world escapes colder climates in favor of Miami’s heat, and this year Berlin Art Link has followed suit. The week surrounding Art Basel Miami Beach offers an infinite array of exhibitions, public installations, dinners, panels and talks—on the beach, in museums and in air conditioned pop-up fair tents.
