In anticipation of Berghain/Panorama Bar‘s 10th anniversary, the famous Berlin club will be launching the exhibition, 10. The show reflects on Berghain as a social hub, monumental space and Berlin institution, through its triumvirate of music, arts, and club culture.
All of the artists involved in the group show have been closely associated with Berghain since its opening in 2004, and have developed their exhibited works in response to the city’s biggest techno haven. 10 will feature work by Norbert Bisky (Painting and object), Marc Brandenburg (Installation), Ali Kepenek (Photography), Sven Marquardt (Photography), Carsten Nicolai (Object / Projection), Piotr Nathan (Painting, video installation and object), Friederike von Rauch (Photography), Sarah Schönfeld (Object and installation) and Viron Erol Vert (Installation).
The show opens Thursday, August 7th at the Halle am Berghain.
