Making its 27th return to the art world, the London Art Fair will be taking place from 21-25 January 2015. Showing significant artworks from 20th century museum collections alongside leading artists from the contemporary art scene, the fair creates a comprehensive, historical survey of modern art.
In addition to the main art fair, a few special sections have been arranged. Art Projects is a curated exhibition of recent talent from around the world, with bold installations, group shows, and solo projects. With much critical acclaim, Art Projects is a space of experimentation, challenging conventional presentation formats and allowing artists to play with various mediums.

Photo50 is a section of the London Art Fair that is exactly what it sounds like: an exhibition of 50 conscientiously selected photographic works. This year, the photographic exhibition titled Against Nature has been curated by Sheyi Bankale, with a provocative aim: questioning the status of the photograph as an object, an act, or an intervention. The works further reflect on the substance of the image and its dimensions as a narrative, physical, and aesthetic construction.
London Art Fair’s museum partner Pallant House Gallery will offer key works from its permanent collection, which can be viewed in a pavilion constructed at the front of the fair. In addition, the artistic director of the gallery, Simon Martin, will curate a special exhibition, The Figure in Modern British Art.
